Portfolio

 As a hub student you will be ask to begin to compile and create your own leadership portfolio. This is a tool which we hope will help you, and those who are investing in you, to be intentional and effective in your development and training. It will also help you to begin building a record of your leadership journey, encouraging you to reflect and see how different aspects of your training are shaping, and influencing the person you are becoming and the way you lead. 

An important element of Hub training is to agree and work towards specific practical goals each term, in conjunction with and in the context of your home church. Depending on circumstances, a goal may extend over more than one term. It is also possible to have more than one goal on the go at the same time. Some goals will be achieved individually, some in group projects. It is vital that all that you are learning through the hub training programme is being worked out and grounded in the context of hands on ministry and leading.
