The hub training looks to challenge and develop you in the areas of:
- Spiritual formation
- Hands on experience for ministry
- Biblical training.
This training material will be delivered at monthly hub training sessions held at your hub, as well as through the intensive training days run each term.
Alongside training session at your local hub we also aim to run regular National Hub Intensive Training days where all the students from across the country can come together, receive high quality teaching and training as well as having time to get to know hub students from other hubs.
There will be small variations in the syllabus content at each hub as to allow the training needs of the students attending the different hubs to be best met.
We are also developing a video library of many of the hub training sessions that are taking place, which as a hub student, you would be able to access to a watch.
Here are some examples of core Hub training sessions as well as a video sample of one for you to watch:
- Dealing with Insignificance and Inferiority
- Myers Briggs
- Family & Ministry
- Developing as missional leaders
- Building Teams
- Vision and Calling
- Small Groups that Multiply
- Is Theology important today?
- Who is Jesus? – An introduction to Christology
- ‘Dawkins and his disciples, a Christian response’
